These Terms and Conditions govern text message (SMS) communications between you and Ryan Brown Real Estate, operating under RE/MAX Premier Properties and Beechmont Equities ("we," "us," or "our"), a Sole Proprietor Brand based in Louisville, KY.

You opt in to receive text messages from us by submitting your phone number through a form on ryanbrownrealestate.com (including our quick-lead and contact forms) and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. You can also opt in by texting START to our business number.

Program Description

This program sends SMS messages from Ryan Brown Real Estate to opted-in leads and clients, including replies to your website or ad inquiries, appointment and showing confirmations, and follow-ups related to buying, selling, or investing in Louisville-area real estate.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with Ryan and the status of your inquiry or transaction.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by texting STOP to our business number. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt back in.
